Return policy

Giuseppe Cosentino allows the return or replacement, even without any reason, within 14 days after delivery of the product. In case you want to replace or return the products purchased will refund the amount of the items making everything simple and easy.
The cost of the retreat of the return is borne by the customer.

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of products.
The client can exercise the right of with drawal if it meets these conditions:

- The products have not been used.
- Packages must not show signsof wear, abrasion sand scratches.
- The accompanying label must be intact and not separated from object.
- The product must be accompanied by the guarantee attached.

We also remember that, according to D.Decree206/05 the customer can exercise the right of with drawal on items manufactured on requestor personalized.
